Situated 11 km from the beaches of Argelès sur Mer, this large gîte consists of a fully-equipped villa and annexe in a quiet area of Palau Del Vidre, not far from the lake. Its 1200 m² enclosed shady garden, with terraces, large pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, plancha, tables, chairs and sun loungers for 10 people, is just waiting for you! The beautiful villa includes an open-plan kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace and a mezzanine. Three bedrooms: one of 17 square metres (160x200 bed), one bedroom (1 double bed with 1 single bunk bed) and one bedroom (1 160x200 bed), bathroom (bath and shower) and separate WC + laundry room. The single-storey annex overlooks the garden and swimming pool (9.40 x 3.90 m), secured by an electric cover and accessible from 15/05 to 15/10. It comprises a kitchen and living room, a bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed) with en suite shower room (WC) and a second bedroom (2 x 1 person bunk beds), separate WC. There is parking for 3 cars on the property. The discreet owners live separately on the property. Access to the swimming pool is subject to weather conditions and compliance with current prefectural regulations.
