Aussenanlage: überdachte Parkmöglichkeit, Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln/liegen, Grillmöglichkeit.
Kanu und Fahrräder können ausgeliehen werden.
Im Erdgeschoss des 1994 erbauten Einfamilienhauses befindet sich eine geräumige Ferienwohung für 2-4 Personen, mit einem Wohnraum, Schlafraum, Küche und Bad mit Dusche und WC. Zur Ferienwohung gehören auch eine gemütliche Sitzecke im Grünen mit Grillmöglichkeit und eine Liegewiese mit Gartenmöbeln. Ihr PKW findet auf dem Grundstück einen Platz und Ihr Haustier ist bei uns herzlich willkommen.
