Unser familiengeführtes Haus liegt ruhig im südlichen Ortsteil von Mittenwald. Das Zentrum sowie der Bahnhof sind nur ca. zehn Gehminuten entfernt. Etage unseres Landhauses, ist gemütlich, modern eingerichtet und bietet Platz für 1-2 Personen.Es besteht aus einem Wohn-Schlafraum mit Doppelbett (180x200), einer voll ausgestatteten Küchenzeile mit angrenzendem kleinen Essbereich, Couch, separater Sitzgruppe, Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC/Föhn, TV/Radio/WLAN und einem sonnigen, möblierten Westbalkon.
Für unsere Gäste, die mit dem Auto anreisen, ist ein Parkplatz im Hof reserviert. Mitgebrachte Sportgeräte finden in der Garage ihren Platz.
