Large charming gite in an old agricultural domain

In the Tarn, 8 km from Cordes sur Ciel, 1 hour from Toulouse airport, the Mas du Payssel has been renovated to combine authenticity and modernity. The decoration and the equipment of the Mas du Payssel will allow you to gather your family and friends in a relaxing environment.

The layout has been imagined to gather several families: The Mas du Payssel is a set of 3 independent accommodations, divided into two large houses:

1- La Vigneronne, 6 persons (Ref. G1805)
2- La Familiale, 6 to 10 persons (Ref. G1806)
3- The Loft, 6 persons (Ref. G1807)

By renting the whole Mas du Payssel (Ref. G1808), you will be able to gather 22 people, or modulate and rent only one or two accommodations.

Located in the middle of the countryside, in the middle of our fields, you will be able to rest and enjoy the peace of the Tarn.

THE GITE : THE FAMILY HOUSE

This is the second house, with a more traditional architecture. The stones, the beams, the wooden floors create a warm atmosphere conducive to relaxation and vacation idleness.

The large kitchen open to the dining room will allow you all to get together. A professional dart board will enliven your aperitifs.

Four bedrooms equipped with 160x200cm bedding and storage. Bunk beds (90x200cm) have been added in the largest room, allowing a capacity of up to 10 people with only one bathroom (shower in 120x90cm) and two independent toilets which are on the same level. The whole room overlooks the terrace and the pool.

La Familiale is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, raclette machine, filter coffee/expresso machine, ice maker, oven with steam option, induction cooker, kettle, combined fridge/freezer, food processor/mixer, large screen TV, free baby equipment on request (bed/bathtub/high chair/baby booster/pot/stroller).

Wifi and/or wired internet in one room. Books and board games are available.

The whole house is on one level and overlooks the pool. Unfenced garden. To be shared with the other accommodations: ping-pong table, badminton, swing, and a free plug to recharge your electric car (located in front of La Vigneronne).

The swimming pool is fenced and common to both accommodations: La Familiale and Le Loft. The pool is open from June to mid-September, not heated. Dimensions : 9 x 4 meters, with progressive bottom.

In order to allow you to travel light, the rental includes beds made on your arrival, towels, dish towels, toiletries (shower gel, toilet paper, household products ...).

The cleaning service is included in the price of the rental, subject to respecting the internal regulations.

The arrival is from 5 pm on Saturday and late arrivals are possible. It is to be agreed together.

The departure is at 9 am on Saturday.

Outside the months of July and August, the arrival and departure times can be changed. This is to be agreed upon before booking.
