Casa Goethe ist eine elegante und geräumige Wohnung, die nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum und dem Meer von Sanremo entfernt liegt. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Doppelschlafcouch und Essbereich, einer großen Küche, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Badezimmer. Das Schlafzimmer, die Küche und das Wohnzimmer haben einen Balkon. Sanremo ist berühmt als Hauptstadt der Riviera dei Fiori mit üppigen Gärten, farbenfrohen Blumenbeeten und Parks mit monumentalen Bäumen und tropischen Pflanzen. Seit 1951 veranstaltet Sanremo jedes Jahr im Februar das berühmteste italienische Sängerfest. Sanremo ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um die Küsten der Riviera und die nahe gelegene Côte d'Azur zu erreichen. 30 Minuten von Sanremo die Terme di Pigna. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich der berühmte 24 km lange Radweg, der entlang der Küste von San Lorenzo al Mare nach Ospedaletti führt. Entlang der Strecke ist es möglich, Fahrräder zu mieten, in einer der zahlreichen Panoramabars eine Pause einzulegen oder am Strand zwischen einer Fahrt und der nächsten ein Bad zu nehmen. Die Strecke hat auch einen eigenen Weg zum Joggen und Walken.
