We invite you to the shore of the beautiful Ossiacher See, at the foot of the Gerlitze ski mountain, to our newly renovated holiday flat. Fully equipped with a large flat-screen TV, washing machine, lockable storage for bicycles and skis, the flat with one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room offers enough space for four adults and children. Two balconies or the garden with terrace reveals a breathtaking view of the lake. Make yourself at home!

In addition to the new and inviting furnishings of the flat, the location is impressive. In the evening, the lake view invites you to enjoy. The flat is located about 1 km from the valley station Kanzelbahn Gerlitze (free ski bus 50 m from the house). You can also reach two different lidos on foot within a few minutes. With the Kärnten Card you have countless excursion possibilities at one price (available at the tourist office 50 m from the holiday flat). Baby cot, high chair, sledges are available free of charge on request.
