This ground-floor holiday home with rural nostalgia has a rural and robust industrial interior. Enter the living room from the front of the house, and you will find a cosy seating area by the television. The stained-glass window offers views of the garden and the street in front. The kitchen is fully equipped; with the BORA induction hob, microwave oven, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and Nespresso or filter coffee machine, you can prepare a delicious meal at any time of the day. The robust wooden kitchen has an attached bar with a cosy seating area for two. The bedroom is next to the kitchen and has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), two single mattresses, bedside tables and lighting. The high window provides a unique view of the mill. The adjacent bathroom can be closed with a sliding door. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cabin with a rain shower and separate hand shower, a vanity unit, a hairdryer and two towel rails. The toilet is separate. The lovely south-facing garden at the front is a great place to enjoy the sun all year round. The garden is laid out with both a terrace and grass. The careful choice of plants ensures a playful and varied look every season. In front of the house is a cosy bench with a bistro table, as well as a garden set with four chairs, a lounger and a parasol. There are no facilities for small children at this accommodation, and pets are not allowed. Parking is free of charge in front of the accommodation and on the street, or in a nearby public car park for a fee.

This holiday home is in beautiful Oostkapelle, one of the larger areas in the municipality of Veere, bordering on two beautiful nature reserves between Domburg (de Manteling) and Vrouwenpolder (Oranjezon), making it the perfect base for nature and walking enthusiasts. You can reach Oostkapelle's clean, family-friendly beach in no time, with playground equipment and walkways all along its width. Oostkapelle and its surroundings have many bicycle paths and beautiful roads, it is wonderful cycling on Walcheren. Opposite the house is a bicycle store with a wide selection of rental bikes. The village centre of Oostkapelle is within walking distance and offers basic amenities such as a bakery, butcher, supermarket and several charming shops and restaurants. The nearby village of Domburg is a popular place to visit because of its attractive village centre. Larger towns such as Middelburg and Vlissingen are a short drive away.
