On the heights of Saint-Pierre-la-Mer you will appreciate the panoramic view of the sea and the Massif de la Clape from the terrace of the gîte. Its location by the sea will allow you to enjoy moments of idleness on the beach under the sun of the Midi while visiting the jewels of the region on foot, by bike or by car! The Gouffre de l'Oeil Doux is only 30 minutes walk from the residence with access to the Garrigue behind the residence, this local treasure is a must see during your stay. The beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean are 1km from the gîte, a short 15 minute walk. Nearby you can visit Narbonne la Romaine, the typical village of Gruissan and its historic cottages or the Narbonnaise Regional Natural Park (Etang de Bages..). All shops are in the immediate vicinity (grocery shop, restaurant, tobacconist's, bakery...). On site, the gîte has a swimming pool shared with the residence where you can cool off. A free car park is located in the residence, it is also at your disposal (the place is not private but there is always room even in high season). The terrace is private with garden furniture. The seaside flat is located on the first floor of the residence and comprises a living room with a sitting area (sofa and TV), a dining table and a kitchen area with microwave, hob and nespresso machine. A first bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a single bed.) An independent shower room with shower and washbasin. A separate toilet. Baby bed on request. End of stay cleaning and charges are included. Sheets and towels are not provided.
