Lovely villa with garden

This terraced house is quietly located at the bottom of a subdivision. There is therefore very little passage, so you can appreciate the tranquility of the places.

The house is ideally located between Lyon and Vienna to discover the region or for a business trip.


The different accesses are quite close:

Motorway access at 5 minutes

Bus stop in front of the development to visit Lyon without car

House on 3 levels with beautiful terrace and garden.


On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen (oven + induction + microwave + kettle + Tassimo and piston coffee makers + fridge with freezer compartment + dishes/dishes/pans... ), a large living room (table + 8 chairs + sofa + armchair + satellite TV), a bedroom (bed 140cm) and a toilet.

On sunny days, you can enjoy the outdoors for a meal (table, chairs, barbecue) as well as to rest in the hammock in the shade of the magnolia.
