This terraced house is quietly located at the bottom of a subdivision. There is therefore very little passage, so you can appreciate the tranquility of the places.
The house is ideally located between Lyon and Vienna to discover the region or for a business trip.
The different accesses are quite close:

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen (oven + induction + microwave + kettle + Tassimo and piston coffee makers + fridge with freezer compartment + dishes/dishes/pans... ), a large living room (table + 8 chairs + sofa + armchair + satellite TV), a bedroom (bed 140cm) and a toilet.
Upstairs you will find 1 large bathroom (double sinks + bath + shower + toilet), 1 bedroom (bed 140cm) with storage, 1 bedroom (2 beds 90cm) with storage, a desk and a desk chair and finally 1 last bedroom (bed 140cm) with a dressing room large enough for all tenants.

A basement including a large garage, laundry (washing machine + dryer) and storage complete this property.

On sunny days, you can enjoy the outdoors for a meal (table, chairs, barbecue) as well as to rest in the hammock in the shade of the magnolia.
The garden side land is fenced to enjoy peacefully.
The rental has a high chair and safety barriers for young children, available on request.
