The villa which consists of two levels, is accessed through a remote-controlled electric gate, features on the ground floor * a living room comfortably furnished with a flat smart TV and sound bar (65’, HD, with terrestrial and Satellite channels as well as Netflix) with large windows overlooking the pool (53m2)and garden. In this space you will find a wine and champagne cooler. From there, you access the *Dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker (regular+Nespresso) with a counter and seating area. You go out directly onto the veranda and the terrace, in front of a beautiful infinity swimming pool with underwater led lighting, Semi submerge sun loungers that will accompany your staying and make your days and nights in Rhodes unforgettable. The villa is equipped with hi-speed internet access/wi-fi, taken throughout the property. On the ground floor, a master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and HD smart TV. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms with double beds, HD smart TV, sharing a bathroom and a balcony of almost 40m² from here you have panoramic breath taking view to the sea and the garden. All is comfortable, with air conditioning, and decorated with care and elegant furniture .
