This elegantly house provides the perfect space for a relaxing holiday with a dash of luxury.

Villa San Gervasio is a beautiful villa for two families with three/four children or a small group of friends and itself has been recently built to a high standard, with many traditional tuscan features and blessed with modern comforts in a thoroughly traditional and rustic setting. The interior is filled with lovely stylish touches and high quality furnishing. The terraced pool with a nice view, the verandas and the barbecue are perfect for outdoor summer fun, relaxing and dining with sun all day long. The property is deep in the greenery of the Pisan countryside, the medieval town of San Miniato is only 21 kilometres away and there are several interesting places within 45 minutes driving like Pisa, Lucca, Certaldo, Volterra, San Gimignano, the beaches of Livorno and above all Firenze. Swimming pool and whirlpool are open from 1st of May till

31st of October.
