Apartment Luciana with a beautiful sea view

Lovely second floor (49m2) apartment located in the family house is ideal for couples or families( with kids).


Although it is not very far from the sea (800m) due to its hilly location I would recommend using a car for few minutes to get to the parking place near the beaches. Walking distance to the center is around 10 minutes and to the beaches 15 minutes.


Distances:Sea/beach 800 m, Restaurant 600m, City center 700 m, local bus stop 500 m, main bus station in Labin (5km), train 60 km, 

ferry 25km ( Brestova),airport 45 km ( Pula) and 95 km ( Rijeka).



Lovely second floor (49m2) apartment located in the family house is ideal for couples or families( with kids).

It consist of one bedroom with double bed, kitchen(stove, fridge with freezer, coffe maker, water kettle) ,dining /living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, bathroom with shower, and terrace with a beautiful sea view.


The apartment also offers free WIFI, free air conditioning, TV-SAT, washing machine.

In front of the house there is a free parking place.


Price includes:

Eletricity, gas, water, air condition, towels (2 per person),bedlinen, kitchenware, internet(WIFI),toilet paper, final cleaning.


Bed linen and towels are changed weekly.
