    “Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber, es fehlt an nichts, der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.
    Die Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung finde ich unglücklich gewählt. Im Außenbereich ist ein Carport, ein Garten und eine Terrasse vorhanden, leider nicht für den Mieter nutzbar. Auch die Angabe: Etage 0, finde ich schlecht gefällt.
    Die Ferienwohnung ist im Keller, ja es gibt Fenster, mit wenig Lichteinfall.
    Bei hohen Außentemperaturen, ist die Ferienwohnung, angenehm kühl.”
