Exceptional, luxury ski chalet with open fireplace, sauna, large outdoor jacuzzi, panoramic winter garden and free Wifi. The stylish chalet combines alpine-modern interior with high-quality furnishings, creating an exclusive and comfortable atmosphere. The chalet will be refurbished and upgraded in summer 2023.
Six double bedrooms and five bathrooms offer comfortable space for up to 12 people.

The chalet is composed as follows:
Ground floor: on this floor you will find the spacious sauna for 4 - 6 persons, with two showers in the anteroom. One bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and its en-suite bathroom; another bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom as well. From the large car park you have direct, ground-level access to the ski room and the chalet.

First floor with main entrance to the chalet and the bright, cosy living room with open fireplace and lounge. The spacious dining area disposes of a large table for 12 people. From here and also from the living room, you have access to one of the terraces, where you can sit comfortably at the outdoor table. The modern open-plan kitchen with cooking island is of high quality and fully equipped. There is a winter garden as a second living room, with large panoramic windows. Direct access to the terrace, with its large outdoor jacuzzi.
Clients can choose to use the jacuzzi (pre-reservation required) for a fee of CHF 360 per week.

On this floor there is another bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and en-suite bathroom as well as a separate toilet.

Upper floor: One bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and one bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and single bed (90 x 200 cm); both have an en-suite bathroom (washbasin, shower, toilet). One bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm).

Please note: The maximum number of persons allowed is 12, although the sleeping capacity is higher.

The chalet is located in the popular ski resort of La Tzoumaz; in the centre you will find a well-stocked supermarket with bakery and butcher, various restaurants, pizzeria, café, bar, après-ski places, childcare, ice rink and post office (distance approx. 500 m to 950 m from the chalet).
The distance to the ski area -piste and cable car with connection Verbier / 4 Vallées- is about 950 m, which you can easily cover with the free ski bus. The bus stop is only ~50 m from the chalet. The bus runs regularly, in the mornings and afternoons every 20-30 minutes during the ski season (timetable on request). The ESS ski school and the indoor swimming pool are also located at the cable car valley station.

Summer Info
The chalet has a large garden table with chairs, deckchairs, and an outdoor barbecue. In summer, there is a reduced rate for the additional costs for electricity + heating of 23 CHF/person/week (May to September). Also, in summer there is a 10% discount for a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
In summer season free use of the cable cars La Tzoumaz - Verbier and VIP pass for more activities free of charge, such as Minigolf and open air swimming pool Verbier. La Tzoumaz offers plenty of possibilities like hiking, mountain biking, swimming, climbing, tennis, golf (in Verbier) or fishing. There is a "trail of senses" (altitude 1,700 m) with 12 ‚sense stations‘ as well as an exhibition of the local flora and fauna. Relaxing walks, for example along the typical Valaisan waterways. The Bisse du Saxon from La Tzoumaz via Nendaz to Vercorin offers 150 km of gently inclined paths suitable for mountain biking and pleasant walks. Interesting trips due to its location in the border triangle of Switzerland, Italy and France – for example a ride with the Mont-Blanc-Express to Chamonix or via the Gr. St. Bernhard-Pass to the Aosta Valley in Italy. The bathing lake "Les Iles" is only a ~20 minutes drive away.
