Owner: Dr. Alexander and Silke Brämer with the 2 apartments No.75**** and No.70*** is located in a very quiet location
in the countryside, above the 5* Hufeland-Therme, which is about 200m away from us.
Only the narrow strip called "Hirschpark" separates us and in 2-5 minutes walk
you are in the adjacent "Bergkurpark", the foothills of the spa park.

Numerous hiking and walking trails start right outside our / your front door.
We also participate in the "Healthy & Happy" program and the associated PyrmontCard Plus is included in our rental prices.

81sqm on the 1st floor with 9.5sqm balcony to the south side and a view into a very well-kept garden with pond, geysers and stream.
From the hallway on the upper floor. each go independently
the bathroom, the bedroom, the living room and the kitchen.
The fully equipped kitchen has a
comfortable sitting area;

the spacious living room with large couch corner and coffee table, a dining table set, adjoins a smaller single room with sofa bed
(suitable for sleeping separately = incl.;
for a 3rd person with extra charge).
In the bedroom, the 180x200cm large and 60cm high box spring bed guarantees good sleep.
The large bathroom has bath and shower/WC.

Conditions:

- The total amount must be paid in advance by bank transfer.
- A prepayment of 20% can be charged after booking
- If cancelled up to 15 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged. Between day 14 and day 7 50% of the total price will be charged. After that, 90% of the total price will be charged.

- Check-in from 15:00 to 22:00 or by appointment.
- Check-out until 10:00 or by appointment.
- The keys are handed over by key box, access data can be obtained from the host

- Visitor's tax of € 3.40 per person/day will be charged separately on site
