Owner: Dr. Alexander and Silke Brämer with the 2 apartments No.75**** and No.70*** is located in a very quiet location
in the countryside, above the 5* Hufeland-Therme, which is about 200m away from us.
Only the narrow strip called "Hirschpark" separates us and in 2-5 minutes walk
you are in the adjacent "Bergkurpark", the foothills of the spa park.
Numerous hiking and walking trails start right outside our / your front door.
We also participate in the "Healthy & Happy" program and the associated PyrmontCard Plus is included in our rental prices.

The well-equipped kitchen with a large

From the living room closes the bedroom

separate a sliding door.

The large and exclusive wet room is equipped
with a large shower cubicle, 2 sinks and a bidet.
The toilet is separate from the wet room.
From the living room you come to a covered, 20sqm terrace, located on the slope with stream, which is discreetly illuminated in the evening.
The apartment also has a garden on the south-west side (about 50 square meters) with pavilion and the meadow can be used as a lawn.

- The total amount must be paid in advance by bank transfer.
- A prepayment of 20% can be charged after booking
- If cancelled up to 15 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged. Between day 14 and day 7 50% of the total price will be charged. After that, 90% of the total price will be charged.
- Check-in from 15:00 to 22:00 or by appointment.
- Check-out until 10:00 or by appointment.
- The keys are handed over by key box, access data can be obtained from the host
