Diese Ferienwohnung mit ca. 65 m² Wohnfläche bietet Platz für max. 4 Personen In ca. 8 - 10 Fussminuten erreichen Sie den Ostseestrand von Koserow.

Die Wohnung verfügt über insgesamt 2 Schlafzimmer. 1 Schlafzimmer einem Doppelbett und 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, Kleiderschrank und Nachttischen. 1 großen lichtdurchflutete Wohnbereich mit angrenzender Terrasse in Südausrichtung, 1 vollausgestattete Küchenzeile (Geschirrspülmaschine, Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierteil, Mikrowelle ) und Esstisch.

Das Haus liegt direkt am Küstenwald von Koserow. Absolut ruhig und idyllisch gelegen ohne Durchgangsverkehr.

Koserow befindet sich an der schmalsten Stelle der Insel Usedom, idyllisch gelegen zwischen Achterwasser und Ostsee. Die natürliche Umgebung mit dem dichten Buchenwald, dem weitem Sandstrand und der Erhebung des Streckelsberges ist auf der Insel einmalig.

Das Ostseebad ist zentral gelegen. Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung sind daher schnell und einfach zu erreichen.
