Our 400-year-old Edt farmhouse is in a dreamlike secluded location in the middle of nature at the entrance to the Grossarl valley, about 7 km from the center of Grossarl.
Far away from the mainstream and not a bit too much!

Our cozy apartment for 6 people is on the 1st floor and offers a total of approx. 120m2 of living space. Starting from the large anteroom (as was common in many farmhouses in the past), you will find 2 bedrooms on the left, each with 1 double bed (90x190 cm with foot end) and 1 single bed (90x200 cm without foot end).
The modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven is perfectly equipped for your stay.
A wood stove makes it really cozy! We provide you with wood free of charge.
The living room has a cozy couch and a flat screen TV. The small bathroom has a shower/toilet and a towel dryer.
In the apartment you will find modern infrared heaters that warm up the rooms comfortably in a short time.
On the balcony with a breathtaking view of the valley, you can already enjoy the first cup of coffee in the early morning sun!
Spend a relaxing time with your family, as a couple or with friends - uncomplicated and without much frills! The best adventures happen in nature! Located right next to the forest, your children have the natural freedom to let off steam and have fun.

A door on the right leads into the newly renovated kitchen with a large dining table. The modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven is of course well equipped for your stay.
