Enjoy your stay immersed in a wonderful green space, just a few minutes away from the vibrant heart of Rome, just a few steps away from the historic Villa Doria Pamphilj Park for your runs and walks.


When you exit the private lane into Via Aurelia Antica and turn right, you will find the bus stops for bus numbers 98 or 881. These buses will take you to Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square) in just a few minutes. Alternatively, you can stay on the bus until the final stop, which is a short walk from Campo de' Fiori and Piazza Navona.

The nearest metro stations are Cornelia and Baldo degli Ubaldi, both on Line A. You can reach these stations on foot or by taking buses 889 or 892.

Additionally, next to the Residence where our comfortable apartment is located, you will find the Crown Plaza St. Peter's Hotel. Within their parking area, they offer bicycles and scooters for rent through an app, as well as Car2Go car-sharing service.


Ideal for couples, the apartment features a spacious double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom, and a large terrace. It has autonomous heating, WiFi internet connection, a swimming pool, and free parking.

The round dining table with comfortable velvet chairs and armchairs is perfect for enjoying meals in good company, while the large outdoor patio with outdoor sofas provides a perfect space to enjoy the sun and the view of the surrounding pine trees in the park. The patio is illuminated by solar lights, so you can enjoy outdoor summer evenings.


The charming Aurelia Antica Terrace is located in a quiet and relaxing area, ideal for a vacation focused on relaxation and discovering a magical city like Rome.

The exterior of the building is primarily made up of numerous green spaces.


Coming from the main road, Aurelia Antica, you enter a private road that leads to the green entrance gate, which is accessible to both pedestrians and vehicles.


This is where you will find our outdoor parking area designated for our guests and residents.


As you drive along the driveway, you will arrive in front of the entrance of the building, which consists of a large glass facade. Upon entering, you will step into a spacious hall with comfortable sofas and a reception desk staffed by a doorman.


Continuing along the same driveway, surrounded by a vast garden that wraps around the building, you will find our delightful pool.



Our apartment has 4 important features.


1: A delightful seasonal outdoor swimming pool surrounded by greenery, open from June to September, with sun loungers and a lifeguard for the safety of all our guests.


2: A private parking space within our residence, which is a great advantage considering the difficulty of finding parking in the city center, with easy access to public transportation.


3: A small automated supermarket inside the building, accessible only to our guests.


And finally, the delightful private terrace of our apartment, spacious and bright, equipped with 2 comfortable and relaxing hammocks and outdoor sofas, where you can enjoy a splendid breakfast in the sweet morning sun or a relaxing afternoon aperitif.



In the nearby Via di Bravetta, you can find restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. On the same Via Aurelia Antica, just a few meters away, you will find the bus stop for public buses to reach the nearby Cornelia Metro Station on Line A or the city center.

If you are coming by car, we are located at exit number 1 of the Grande Raccordo Anulare (the ring road around Rome), heading towards Vatican City and Rome city center. You can make use of the free condominium parking available.
