Villa Arte Vita is equipped with a Tesla Solar Roof, making it one of the first villas in Cape Coral to be completely energy-neutral. Not only will you reduce your personal carbon footprint here, but you will also enjoy an energy flat rate of just $25 per day from me, allowing you to calculate your costs in advance.

The design of the villa offers a balance between modern architecture and a homely atmosphere with warm natural and earth tones. The entire furnishing stems from high-quality American brands such as Lexington and Tommy Bahama. Pictures with tropical motifs complete the holiday feeling.

Villa Arte Vita is equipped with digitally controlled two-zone air conditioning. You can individually set your comfort temperature in the master suite and the rest of the living area. 

The open living- & dining area with an incredible 1500 sq ft is equipped with a travertine tile floor and a lounge area for 8 people with a spacious sofa in Coastal-Style and a huge 75“ flat screen TV with Dolby Surround Sound. The entire Villa has a fully integrated Sonos sound system. Connect it with your Smartphone and listen to your favorite music from 14 speakers in the living-, dining-, gaming- and patio area. 100 Mbps high speed wireless is for free. 

The generously dimensioned dining area offers the perfect view of the pool and canal to the southwest. An 8 foot pool table completes the indoor entertainment. The 22 ft. wide sliding door leads seamlessly to the terrace with the infinity saltwater pool. 

The master suite with over 900 sq ft of living space, walk-in closet, bathroom, shower and separate toilette also includes a “private garden” with outdoor shower. The California King Size bed in the master bedroom is ideal for very tall guests. Each other bedroom has its own bathroom, spacious walk-in closet and King Size bed with American mattress and flat screen TV. All bathrooms have double sinks, a separate toilet and a spacious rainfall shower.

The sophisticated 42 ft long pool design provides the opportunity for the passionate swimmer as well as to just enjoy a refreshing drink or relax in the whirlpool. A pool heater ensures a comfortable water temperature even in the cooler months. A highlight - in the truest sense of the word - is the LED lighting with waterfall, which provides atmosphere while surrounded by the night.

On the pool deck there’s an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Also convenient is the direct access from the pool to the bathroom. Due to the extra wide lot, the pool deck is very spacious. Sit on the screened patio, relax in the in-ground pool and enjoy a Kobe Steak from the Grill. The Art of Life!

Every guest will find a beautiful spot in the sun on one of the 8 sun loungers. Those who prefer some shade will find it under the beautiful 39 ft tall Foxtail palms that line the pool area. After two doors you reach the Captain’s Walk, which delimits the whole property to the west. From here you can access the boat dock and a seating area from where you can enjoy the action on the canal or the magnificent sunsets. 

The center of Cape Coral is only five minutes away and a Publix Supermarket only two minute drive by car. 

Children stay for free until the age of 2.
