Duplex 75 m2 with 2 bedrooms in the quiet residential complex ''Alta Vista'' of Caleta de Fuste on the island of Fuerteventura, ideally located at 15 minutes walking distance from the centre of Caleta de Fuste and 20 minutes walking distance from Playa del Castillo. The house has a ground floor entrance and one floor. Two private and sunny terraces, a covered patio, all equipped with garden furniture ( table + chairs + deckchairs ). Capacity : 4 people maximum + 1 baby under 2 years old.

Dining room - Living room on the ground floor : 1 table + 4 chairs - Sofa and armchairs - Flat screen TV equipped with a multimedia gateway Androïd TV, a satellite and cable decoder, allowing to receive a very large number of Spanish and international channels - WIFI box with optical fibre - Bluetooth radio speaker - Direct access to the entrance of the property and to the patio at the back.

Access to the terrace. Bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a double washbasin, mirror and a toilet.

Relaxation area / Library ( on the 1st floor ) : with a view of the sea, ideal for reading and relaxing in peace.

Shower room and toilet (on the ground floor ) : Shower cubicle - washbasin unit - mirror - storage unit.

Your check-in and check-out are private and personalized. Cleaning is done on arrival and departure. An independent company manages your stay. A private transfer from the airport to the place of your rental is available on reservation, with extra charge.

The location of your accommodation is about 15 minutes walk from the town centre of Caleta where you will find restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, tour offices, bicycle and car rental... A small supermarket is 5 minutes walk away. If you have a car, you can park it in the courtyard at the front of the house or near the property. The exceptional location of the house allows you to reach the most beautiful golf courses on the island in less than 5 minutes by car.

The bus station ( Station de Guaguas ) is 1.3 km away. Buses can take you to the great beaches of Corralejo, Puerto del Rosario, El Cotillo and other resorts on the island.

Fuerteventura airport is 9 km from your rental and Lanzarote airport ( Arrecife ) is 2 hours from Caleta de Fuste including a ferry crossing. The capital of the island ( Puerto del Rosario ) is 13 km away.
