Située dans un quartier résidentiel très prisé, les " Hauts de Saint-Félix " à Pliane Gosier, la Villa Pacha bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal pour vos vacances.

Au centre de l'île papillon, vous pourrez entre amis ou en famille, profiter selon vos envies aussi bien de la Grande Terre que de la Basse-Terre.

A moins d'1 Km de toutes commodités (supérette, boulangerie, médecins, pharmacie, coiffeur..), la villa est à moins de 10 min du port de pêche et de la plage de Saint-Félix, appréciée pour son étendue, ses zones d'ombrage naturel et ses petits restaurants. Elle est également fréquentée par les joggeurs et promeneurs, pour son magnifique littoral.



VILLA 6 PERSONNES, PISCINE PRIVEE

Le vaste et confortable salon est décoré de meubles en bois naturel et dispose d'une grande télévision. Il est attenant à une cuisine ouverte spacieuse et toute équipée. Le tout donne sur une terrasse couverte ou vous prendrez vos repas, avec vue sur la piscine (au sel).

La Villa Pacha se compose de 3 chambres avec pour chacune d'elle sa salle de douche :

- 2 chambres climatisées avec lits de 160 x 200 cm, avec salle de douche accessible depuis les 2 chambres.

- 1 chambre en mezzanine avec un lit 160 x 200 cm avec salle de douche atypique vue campagne et balcon avec vue mer. Cette pièce ne dispose pas de climatisation car très ventilée.

Le linge de maison ainsi que des draps de bains pour la piscine sont fournis.

Cuve d'eau, afin de garantir l'approvisionnement en cas de coupure du réseau.
