Casa al Portico
Das Studio besteht aus zwei Räumen; Schlaf-Essbereich und das Badezimmer. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung steht der Innenhof und eine vollausgestattete Küche zur Verfügung.
Die neue Küche ist im Parterre beim wunderschönen Innenhof. Der Innenhof ist über 60 m2 gross und hat verschiedene Essplätze; in der Sonne, im Schatten und ein Bereich ist überdacht. So kann man auch bei Regen draussen sein.
Studio Sole
Das Studio ist 35 m2. Im Schlaf- Wohnbereich hat es ein bequemes 160 cm breites Bett mit sehr guter Matratze. Im Essbereich hat es einen Tisch und zwei Stühle, eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine und einen Wasserkocher. Ein Fernseher ist auch vorhanden.
Im zweiten Raum ist das grosse Badezimmer mit Dusche, Lavabo, einem Schrank und Kommode. Neben dem Lavabo hat es noch einen Rollcontainer. Das Badezimmer verfügt über zwei Fenster. Das WC ist in einem separaten Raum.
Golino im Centovalli
Jetzt noch etwas zu Golino. Golino ist ein kleines Dorf, welches zu Intragna gehört und sich im Centovalli befindet. Es ist 5 km von Ascona und Locarno entfernt. Die Nähe zur Natur oder zum Fluss Melezza, aber auch zu hervorragenden Restaurants, zu den schönen Städten Ascona, Locarno oder dem Valle Maggia machen das Studio zum perfekten Ausgangpunkt.
