Enjoy the view and relax in our brand new apartments, located in a quiet neighborhood. Our location is the perfect starting point for one-day trips to Istria, the Kvarner islands or the surrounding mountain landscapes. Only a short drive separates you from local beaches, forest hiking trails or the city center. The easiest way to get around is by car, but the public city bus is about an 8-minute walk away. The apartments are a 5-minute drive from the highway, which quickly connects you with the whole of Kvarner, Gorski kotar and Istria. The supermarket is a 2-minute drive away, and the nearest beach is 10-15 minutes away.
Check-in: after 3 p.m. Check-out: before 10 a.m. Quiet time: 11 p.m. - 8 a.m. To reserve accommodation, an advance payment of 30% of the amount is required at least 15 days before arrival, by payment to a bank account, and the rest of the amount is paid at the accommodation upon arrival, by cash or payment to the account. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Holding parties is not allowed.
