LOCATION



Located in Álora, in a neighborhood just one kilometer from the urban center, you will enjoy good communications by road and even by train (the Álora train station is just 900 meters away by car) and you can take the train to the different regions or those connected by this railway line. Caminito del Rey, Bobadilla, or go towards Málaga Centro.



Close to local leisure and restaurant businesses, playgrounds or points of interest such as Álora Castle.



EXTERIORS OF THE ACCOMMODATION



It has two areas defined by the architecture of the accommodation, as well as two terraces where you can relax or have lunch with your family (as is the case with the front terrace located at one of the entrances to the accommodation).



At the front, we will find the parking area and a very sunny space with artificial grass and plants around it, which will allow you to have a little quiet time if you wish or keep an eye on the little ones in the house if they play in the area. parking (when the cars are not inside). On this side of the house you have access by stairs to the pool, the main terrace and a final direct access that takes you to the interior hallway of the accommodation where the living room, kitchen and bathroom are located.



The pool area, equipped with outdoor furniture, has at your disposal a pool with a built-in ladder, an awning to cover the pool and gain privacy or to protect yourself from the sun, a nice barbecue area and spaces to rest on your vacation, whether having lunch with the family or sunbathing. In a side hallway next to the barbecue area we will have access to the laundry room (access that can also be done from the inside through the kitchen) where we can hang our clothes.



INTERIOR OF THE FIRST FLOOR ACCOMMODATION



To this floor, where the television room, living room, kitchen and bathroom are located, we will have access through the main staircase, the second access mentioned from the parking area or through the living room.



The kitchen is equipped with everything you need so you can store and preserve your belongings. You will have no problem cooking any food, whether in the oven or on a ceramic hob. Refrigerator and dishwasher are appliances that will help you in your daily life, as well as a toaster, mixer or complete kitchenware.



The living room area is divided into a living room with television and sofas to enjoy it or rest, and a dining room to have lunch with the family.



INTERIOR OF THE SECOND FLOOR ACCOMMODATION



This floor dedicated to rest, has access to a large terrace, also houses four bedrooms, three of them have two single beds each and a fourth bedroom, has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom (on this floor in the common hallway you will find another bathroom).



All bedrooms have natural light thanks to the exterior windows and space to store your luggage in an orderly manner.
