Set in Stobreč, a small town near Split, the house is perfect for relaxing holiday.
The house can accommodate 12 people.
The property consists of 4 bedrooms, each with large double bed and all airconditioned. There is also an additional bedroom with Queen Size bed for children and there is a sofa bed in the Livingroom. The villa is intended for 12 people. There are three bathrooms with shower, two washing machines and clothes dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cutlery, there is a refrigerator with freezing department, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and dining area.
Moving to a terrace, there is a pool and furnished pool area with sunbathing chairs and stunning sea view.
In addition, the property has a summer kitchen.

Nowadays Stobrec is a part of Split metropolitan area and 7 km far Diocletian's Palac is within easy reach as well.
