Holiday home Forest paradise

The standig individually holiday home is rustic furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and court.

Location
locomotive, 700 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 1400 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Šumski Raj holiday home is a traditional house over 100 years old. The interior has been completely renovated and nicely decorated according to the location. It has an approximately 1000 m2 landscaped garden that is completely fenced in, so pets can roam freely in the garden. The house consists of a hallway, bathroom with shower, kitchen, dining room/living room. A wooden staircase leads to the attic where there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with two separate beds. In the yard there is an outdoor terrace overlooking the garden and a stone grill. In a separate house guests have at their disposal a washing machine, sun loungers, outdoor cushions, facilities for children and everything they need to enjoy the garden. Holiday house Šumski raj is an independent house with a large private fenced garden surrounded by pine trees and other greenery. Free parking is available for guests. The first shop is 2.5 km away, so 4 minutes drive from the center of Lokva. The larger town of Delnica is 11 km away and has larger chain stores. The restaurant is 1 km from the house. In Lokve there is an ATM, two shops, a coffee bar, a restaurant, a post office, etc. The lake is less than 1 km away. Petrol station 4km. There is another plot of land at the location mentioned, but the holiday home offers complete privacy thanks to the fenced yard/garden. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

Top floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed.
