The 5-star luxury Villa Lorena is a historic rarity, surrounded by the well-preserved ancient city walls in the Istrian town of Novigrad. The property is located in a central but quiet location. The waves caress the foundation and terrace walls of the villa.

The stunning and spacious terrace of the villa Lorena offers a panoramic view of unparalleled beauty. A lovely wellness area includes a heated indoor swimming pool and sauna for daily relaxation. The only separation between the pool and terrace area are formed by retractable glass windows. This way, the pool can be used throughout the whole year, regardless of the weather conditions.

Magnificent villa Lorena features altogether 4 spacious and luxurious bedrooms, each with a double bed. There are also 4 nicely equipped bathrooms as well as one separate toilet at the guests’ disposal. The modern and elegant kitchen with dining area features top-notch appliances, whilst the impressively spacious living room area provides an unforgettable view of the sunset and looks like it is spectacularly suspended over the sea. Villa Lorena has three large terraces which are ideal for sun-bathing. The rooftop terrace has been branded as "Heaven for all senses" since it offers an unrestricted 360 degrees panoramic view over the crystal-clear and sparkling Adriatic Sea as well as of the picturesque and lively town of Novigrad.

Thanks to its location in the city centre, villa Lorena is minutes away from local shops, restaurants and bars. Novigrad is located on the Western coast of Istria, two kilometres north from the mouth of the river Mirna and about 20 km south from the borders with Slovenia and Italy. Not only does the town boast rich cultural heritage and preserved natural beauty, but it is also an architectural jewel filled with astonishing historical sites. One example of the rich history of Novigrad are the famous city walls that have embraced and protected the town for centuries.

Novigrad is also one of the top Istrian gourmet destinations. A series of culinary events are held in Novigrad throughout the summer months where visitors can try traditional dishes made from scallops and other Adriatic shellfish as well as indigenous Istrian specialties such as Prosciutto (dried Istrian ham) and the world famous Istrian Extra Virgin Olive Oil. When it comes to sport, the Novigrad region is the number one tennis destination in Croatia and the Mediterranean. The most popular tennis tournament ATP Croatia Open Umag is held here every year in July. Cycling and mountain biking are very popular too, there are more than 500km of bicycle trails designed to help visitors discover forests and streams, taverns (konoba) and vine cellars, hidden chapels and ancient ruins. A unique attraction, only 5 km away, the "Istralandia" aquapark (81 000 m2) will delight all guests, no matter the age.
