Magnificent rustic Villa Imota is located in the small town of Gornji Prolo?ac, which is only 8.7 km away from the town of Imotski. Imotski is famous for the Blue and the Red Lake, but besides its natural beauty, it also has a rich cultural heritage. This villa is ideal for a real vacation where you can recharge your batteries and relax in the company of family and friends. The villa was built in 2020 and at first sight will delight you with its rustic style, which in combination with modern details creates a real vacation idyll. You will have 200 m2 of living space at your disposal, the total area of the property is 600 m2. It is two buildings that can accommodate a maximum of 9 people together, which will be located in 5 bedrooms upstairs, four rooms have a double bed (160x200) and one room has a single bed (90x200). The villa also has 3 bathrooms with shower cabin. In the two fully equipped kitchens you will prepare meals for family and friends and in the two living rooms you will relax on the sofa, which also has a TV, dresser and armchairs. In the dining room there is a dining table with 10 seats. In the central room of the smaller building there is also a room with indoor fireplace, table and chairs. A room with sauna provides complete relaxation. For entertainment, there is a children's pool and slide, while adults can play darts, billiards or table soccer. The outdoor terrace offers more than enough space for socializing and entertainment, and there is also a heated swimming pool with a size of 36 m2 and a depth of 1.5 meters. Additional pool equipment is a whirlpool. Next to the pool there are 6 sun loungers for sunbathing, an outdoor dining table and you can also use an outdoor charcoal or wood grill. Other facilities at your disposal include a washing machine and an iron. The villa is fenced and offers 2 private parking spaces, while there are 3 more parking spaces outside the yard. Among the interesting things about Imotski is that you can swim in the Blue Lake and in the summer the lake can even dry up, allowing you to play soccer at the bottom. Above the Blue Lake there is also the Topana Fortress, which dates back to the 10th century and was inhabited until the 19th century. Also famous is the Red Lake, which got its name from the color of the rocks surrounding it. The town of Imotski is full of stone houses and stairs that connect the old and new parts of the town. *A special comfort for guests is the fact that there is also a restaurant on the property with local products and the possibility to taste the delicacies of this region. Concierge delivery service of groceries to the villa is also provided free of charge. *Guests will receive a welcome gift of local products from the host. Welcome to the rustic Villa Imota!
