The beautiful villa Eliam is located in Sv. Lovreč Pazenatički, which is one of the best preserved old towns in Istria. Istria is a region that is visited every summer by many curious domestic and foreign tourists, who are eager for fun, rest and swimming on beautiful beaches, as well as top gastronomic delights. If you are one of them, take a holiday at Villa Eliam and indulge in the charms that it generously offers you!

This luxurious villa was built in 2011 in a rustic style, and was renovated and pleasantly decorated in 2023. It offers its guests 180 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 627 m2, surrounded by a rustic stone wall and beautiful Mediterranean plants. From the top floor and the terrace there is a view of the clean Adriatic Sea, which is 10 km away. Villa Eliam can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, offers complete privacy and is also fully air-conditioned. The villa will delight you with its traditional charm with modern equipment, horticulture, comfort with enough space for children to play and have fun with the swimming pool and trampoline. There is also a charger for electric vehicles.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room consisting of a couch, sofa and armchairs, a traditional romantic fireplace and a TV. Next to the living room is a dining room with a dining table, and a modern and fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare delicious meals. Two rooms are located on the ground floor and contain a double bed, while two rooms are upstairs. Three rooms have an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub or shower, while one bathroom is on the ground floor right next to the door of the corresponding room.

On the outdoor terrace, you will enjoy meals with a view of the old town of Sveti Lovreč, while you can refresh yourself during the day in the 32 m2, 1.4 m deep swimming pool. Next to the pool, you will sunbathe on 8 deckchairs, reading your favourite book or soaking up the warm rays of the sun. On the terrace there is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill, and an additional lounge area equipped with comfortable large pillows.

Children and adults will have fun playing on the trampoline with badminton or throwing darts, and there is also satellite/cable TV, Internet, books and a garden.

The villa is completely fenced, has a beautifully landscaped garden and lots of greenery, which gives it a special experience. Inside the yard there are 2 private parking spaces with a charger for an electric vehicle, while outside there is another parking space.

Attractions and local activities within easy reach are wine tours or olive oil tours, bicycle rental, go-karting, adrenaline park, trekking routes or Poreč ski lift. You can go diving or sailing and try your hand at horse riding.

Today's Sveti Lovreč municipality borders the cities of Poreč and Rovinj, which are definitely worth a visit. Rovinj is 19 kilometres away and Poreč only 13 kilometres. In Lovreč itself, visitors will find everything they need for their daily stay, including a grocery store, a pizzeria and a coffee bar, and in the nearby Lim channel, which is a famous breeding ground for fish and shellfish, there is one of the leading fish restaurants in Istria.
