Villa Mañana is located in the Dalmatian village of Zemunik Gornji near Zadar and is only about ten kilometres away from the sea. This great location and beautifully designed interior with carefully landscaped garden form the winning combination for your dream holiday!

Villa Mañana is designed to blend contemporary design solutions with rustic elements so that the house does not lose the atmosphere of the home. High ceilings provide a special charm to this luxury house, created exclusively for its guests to rest and relax. The villa can comfortably accommodate 8 + 2 guests who have 4 bedrooms at their disposal - 3 rooms have double beds measuring 210x200 cm, and the fourth room has two single beds measuring 210x 100 cm. The master bedroom and other bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers are located on the first floor of the house where there is a terrace of 35 m2, where you can relax enjoying the spectacular view of the magnificent Velebit mountain. On the ground floor there is also a wellness area where you can relax in the hot tub and Finnish sauna and a game room where you can have fun playing billiards, darts or board games.

The plateau around the pool, in front of the spacious outdoor terrace of 40 m2, features an outdoor dining table. As a part of the summer kitchen, alongside a bar and an ice maker, an outdoor fireplace is available, where you can prepare delicious meals for your friends and family. An infinity pool of 54 m2 is a great solution for refreshment during the summer months, and you can rent the villa in the colder months, because in addition to the heated pool, the house also features underfloor heating that will delight many guests. There are also seven more sun loungers in this beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden where you can sunbathe before visiting nearby beaches. On the plot of 1500 m2 there are also 2 parking spaces.

Villa Mañana is built in a great location if you are arriving by car or plane, and it offers you peace and privacy of a small village in the hinterland of Zadar. There are numerous beaches at your disposal, and the closest are those in the coastal towns of Bibinje and Sukošan that have a variety of tourist offer. We definitely recommend a visit the beautiful city of Zadar, which is also the centre of this part of Croatia, offering you plenty of cultural and entertaining events and attractions such as the inevitable art installations Greeting to the Sun and the Sea Organ, as well as a rich gastronomic offer. Make sure you take full advantage of renting Villa Mañana and visit one of the national parks nearby that will enchant you with its beauty.
Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
