Wohnzimmer mit elektrischen Rollläden, Flat-SAT-TV, Stereoanlage mit Radio und CD, neue Einbauküchenzeile mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Ceranfeld, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine. Toaster. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Rollläden (manuell). Eins mit Doppelbett (2x0,90x2,00), das andere mit Etagenbett (0,90x2,00), 1 Kinderreisebett. Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC.

PKW-Einstellplatz und Abstellraum für Fahrräder, WLAN mit Flatrate. Haustiere auf Anfrage gerne erwünscht. Nichtraucherwohnung. Wohnung Nummer 4 im Haus (oben links)



Die Wohnung liegt in einer Sackgasse in unmittelbarer Nähe des Meerwasserhallenwellenbades Das Zentrum mit Restaurants und dem idyllischem Hafen ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung; Vierbeiner sind auf Anfrage gerne erlaubt.

Willkommen in unserer modern eingerichteten Nichtraucher-Obergeschosswohnung mit Balkon in Süd-West-Ausrichtung und herrlicher Fernsicht. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit elektrischen Rollläden, einem Flat-SAT-TV sowie einer Stereoanlage mit Radio und CD-Player ausgestattet. Die neue Einbauküchenzeile verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Ceranfeld, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster.

Die Wohnung bietet zwei Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit manuellen Rollläden. Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (2x0,90x2,00) ausgestattet, während das andere über ein Etagenbett (0,90x2,00) verfügt. Ein Kinderreisebett ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche und WC ausgestattet.

Zur Wohnung gehören ein PKW-Einstellplatz sowie ein Abstellraum für Fahrräder. WLAN mit Flatrate ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Haustiere sind auf Anfrage willkommen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass es sich um eine Nichtraucherwohnung handelt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Haus Nummer 4 (oben links).
