In Ortslage von Lubmin befindet sich auf dem ca. 370 qm großen Wohngrundstück im Erdgeschoss eines Wohnhauses die separate Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen. Der Strand am Greifswalder Bodden, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich im Umkreis von ca. 500 m.

Die ca. 40 qm große, 2022 renovierte und mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattete Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen Wohnraum (Polstermöbel, Flachbild-TV, Esstisch) mit offener Küchenzeile (E-Kochplatten, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher), einen Schlafraum (Doppelbett), ein Bad (Dusche, WC, Fön) und einen Flur.



Weiterhin stehen eine möblierte Terrasse, Parkplatz sowie kostenfreies W-LAN zur Verfügung.


Im Gesamtreisepreis sind die Endreinigung, Bettwäsche, Handtücher sowie der Wasser- und Energieverbrauch enthalten. Vor Ort zu zahlen: Kurabgabe. Das Seebad Lubmin ist kurtaxepflichtig.
In diesem Objekt sind keine Haustiere erlaubt.

Lubmin ist ein Seebad am Greifswalder Bodden in schöner Waldlandschaft. Bis zur Hansestadt Greifswald sind es etwa 20 km. Im Ort befinden sich eine Seebrücke mit Schiffsanleger, ein schöner, breiter Sandstrand (auch FKK und Hundestrand), ein modernes Sportcenter, Fahrrad- und Tretbootverleih sowie diverse gastronomische Einrichtungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ponyreiten und Kremserfahrten sind ebenfalls vor Ort möglich.
