Unser 2 Familienhaus liegt in Schneeberg Neustädtel in einer Wohnsiedlung.

Es ist relativ ruhig gelegen und die Häuser stehen nicht zu dicht aneinander.



Herzlich Willkommen in Schneeberg.


Ein Ort mit viel Kultur umrahmt von Hügeln im schönen Erzgebirge.


Von unserer Ferienwohnung aus kann man fußläufig den Gleesberg erklimmen. Oben angekommen, gibt es ein leckeres günstiges Restaurant.


Spielplätze sind mehrere im Ort vorhanden, sowie ein großer Indoorspielplatz Fundora am Filzteich,  der auch im Sommer Sehenswert ist.


Auf dem Grundstück haben wir viel Platz für Kinder. Einen Sandkasten, Schaukel, Matschküche, Fahrgeräte, Trampolin, Basketball, Tischtennis, Tischkicker usw.


Der Wintergarten lädt zum Verweilen ein und eine Tasse Tee oder Kaffee wird hier mit Blick auf den Garten besonders bei Sonne im Winter zum Wohlfühlort.


Egal ob allein oder als Großfamilie (wir können bis zu 7 Erwachsene plus 2 Kinderbetten aufbetten) in unserer Ferienwohnung kommt jeder auf seine Kosten.:) Beachtet bitte, dass nur ein Schlafzimmer für 4 Personen plus 2 Reisebetten (Kids) vorhanden ist. (180cm x200cm plus 140cm x 200cm) Im großen Wohnbereich bietet die Ausziehcouch und 2 Beistellbetten (80cmx200cm) genügend Platz.


Die Wohnung ist 89m2 groß und hat Küche mit Bartisch und 2 Barhockern, 1Schlafzimmer, Flur und großer Wohn /Essbereich, sowie großes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche.


Die Wohnung ist relativ neu saniert und verfügt über mehrere Spielsachen für Kinder.


Es darf alles mitgenutzt werden.
