The holiday flat is located directly on the east/west long-distance hiking trail of the Eifelverein - Neuwied to Gerolstein -, also in the immediate vicinity of the Eifelsteig and Lieserpfad (1km). You have an ideal starting point for interesting route and circular hikes, from from easy to more demanding. On request, your hosts will provide you with detailed route suggestions, regional maps and insider tips for hiking and cultural excursions to suit all tastes.

The flats can be occupied by a maximum of 4 people, and a cot and high chair are also available.

Minimum stay 3 nights.

For a stay of 5 or 6 nights we grant a 5 % discount and for a stay of 7 nights or more we grant a 10 % discount.

Terms of payment
You will receive payment information from the landlord with the booking confirmation.

Deposit: 100€ by bank transfer; latest 3 days after booking confirmation.

Final payment: cash on the day of arrival.

Cancellation free of charge until 7 days before arrival. After that 50% of the rent.

The price includes bed linen, towels (1 set each), electricity, water and heating.

The final cleaning is included (€ 60,00 is already included in the price when booking).

One car parking space at the house.

Lockable bicycle garage available.The furnishings are to be treated with care.

The flat must be left in a clean condition on the day of departure. For this purpose, the checklist is helpfully available at departure.

We reserve the right to charge accordingly for cases that go beyond normal use (extreme soiling, damage) of a holiday flat.
