Located in a new and modern residence, the gîte "Les Voiles Blanches" is only 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Port-Leucate, a renowned seaside resort. The location will seduce you by its immediate proximity to all amenities within 10 minutes walk (supermarket, bakery, tobacco, restaurant, marina, water sports). By bike or on foot, you can go for a nice walk along the sea and enjoy a sunrise or sunset on the Ponton de Leucate which offers a nice view on the sea and the coast. In the region, let yourself be guided and discover numerous jewels less than half an hour away by car: the cliffs of Leucate, the salt marshes of La Palme, the Narbonnaise Regional Natural Park with its magnificent and varied landscapes (ponds, garrigues), the African reserve of Sigean, Narbonne and Perpignan or the fortress of Salses. Leucate is also the ideal place to enjoy water sports and events such as the Mondial du Vent and other festivities. The local wine and oysters are a must and you can taste them here. On site, the residence has a private parking for your car and also a lift. The air-conditioned gîte is located on the first floor and opens onto a living room with a sofa bed (2 extra beds) and TV, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave and grill). From the living room, you have access to the private terrace with garden furniture and plancha with a view of the port. You will have a bedroom with a 160cm bed and an independent bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. Sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of your stay are extra. Electricity consumption: 2kwH/day/person included, more to be paid to the owner at the end of the stay.
