Ideally located in Carcassonne, just a few metres from the shops and less than 10 minutes from the famous Cité de Carcassonne, discover the Cosy Occitan gîte. Suitable for up to 4 people, the house is ideal for couples coming to stay in our beautiful medieval town for a few nights or for a longer stay! This former pizzeria has been tastefully renovated for a comfortable holiday in modern, unusual accommodation. On site, you'll have a large outdoor area with a lovely covered terrace equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, table football and table tennis, surrounded by a large enclosed garden suitable for children and small pets. There is private, secure parking inside the property for one car. If you have a second vehicle, you can park easily in front of the gîte. There is a supermarket 100m from the gîte and a shopping area 2 minutes' drive away (restaurants, cinema, shops, etc.). The gîte is located in a quiet residential area. Nearby you can visit many of the attractions of our region: the Canal du Midi, the Lac de la Cavayère, the splendid landscapes of the Montagne Noire, the Cathar castles of Saissac or Lastours or the charming villages of the Midi (Montolieu, Caunes-Minervois...). This single-storey house opens onto a large living room with a sitting area featuring a double sofa bed, armchair and connected TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. An independent, modern and spacious bathroom with a beautiful whirlpool bath where you can relax after discovering the treasures of our region. The bathroom also has a double washbasin for added comfort and an enclosed WC. And to round off the visit, there's a magnificent bedroom with 140, a TV, storage space and an en suite shower, all in a warm, modern decor. Services included (bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning). WIFI connection in the gîte. Baby equipment available on request. Pets are welcome (€20 supplement for the stay/pet). Laundry room with washing machine only for long stays of 7 nights or more.
