In the heart of the Narbonnaise region, in the centre of the charming village of Salles d'Aude, discover the Maison Vigneronne. This vast house of character opens its doors to you for an unforgettable stay just 10km from the sea. On site, the gîte has a large enclosed outdoor area with a large 200m2 garden planted with trees. A beautiful heated private swimming pool (from the Easter holidays to the end of the Autumn holidays) (8x4x1.45m) awaits you for moments of idleness: a refreshing dip in the southern sunshine or a moment of relaxation around the pool with a surrounding security barrier and gate. Outside, there are two private terraces with garden furniture and a plancha to liven up your meals with friends or family. A private enclosed car park is also available, with space for up to 5 cars for added peace and quiet. La Maison Vigneronne has a petanque pitch and table tennis table for your leisure activities. For your convenience, a pool house with shower and WC is located in the outdoor area. The location is ideal for your holiday, with many places to discover less than 30 minutes away by car: the wild beaches of the Mediterranean, hiking in the Massif de la Clape, discovering the Gouffre de l'Oeil-Doux, Narbonne la Romaine and its remarkable historical heritage, or the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park and its breathtaking scenery. There's so much to do, so much to remember!

This 3-storey gîte opens on the ground floor onto a large living room with a relaxing lounge equipped with a connected TV and sofa, plus a range of leisure facilities including table football, piano, books and board games. A fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. The entire living room opens onto the outside area. A laundry room with washing machine. A separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a first bedroom with 160cm bedding and en-suite shower room (shower, double basin), a second and third bedroom, each with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed. A separate bathroom with bath and washbasin, and a separate WC. On the 2nd floor, a fourth bedroom with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin). The last two bedrooms each have a 160cm bed and an extra bed. Separate WC.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Pets are allowed only on request and under good behaviour. WIFI connection. Air conditioning in the two rooms facing each other on the 1st floor. Baby equipment on request. Cleaning at the end of your stay is a compulsory extra and must be paid to the owner during your stay or online when you make your reservation.
