Youphoria Estate beachfront
Facing north, the beachfront Estate is set in a rural quiet beachfront location with lush natural surroundings, 2km from Kissamos town, 500m from the closest shop, a 20-minute drive from the regional capital of Chania and 55km from the airport. Other villages, famous beaches, and attractions are an easy driving distance by car.
Air conditioning, barbecue, parking for 6 cars, private heated infinity pool, outdoor dining, climate control, smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, free wifi, telephone, security alarm system, safe box, hairdryer, fully-equipped kitchen, in-house laundry facility, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, linen and towels.
They offer an unrivalled outlook – 150 metres of beach frontage, infinity pools, private terraces, and the lapping turquoise Aegean washing the pebble/sand beach, which gives way to fine sand once you step into the water.
The two villas are all part of one larger structure, each with their own style and privacy but connected by interlocking doors that allow them to be rented as self-contained units or any combination of Votsalo and Ammos.
They are set amid gardens planted with salt-resistant native species such as the daisy-like mesembryanthemum (a name derived from the Greek words of noon and flower, meaning mid-day flower), yellow gazanias and tamarisks.
In addition, the area is rich in natural wildlife with falcons, herons and other birds of prey hovering close to the beach, while there is also a good chance you will spot a sandpiper.
The beach at Korfalonas is perfectly safe for snorkelling, swimming and fishing, or simply relaxing and taking in the Aegean panorama.
Sleeps 16 guests in 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The two lower floor bedrooms share a bathroom. the estate can sleep a max of 6 extra guests in extra added beds and living room sofas. There is an extra charge for each guest above 16.
Each villa of the two interconnecting has a separate open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Each villa has one master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, guest bedroom (with a double bed which can convert to twin beds) all en-suite and large sofas.
