The additional sleeping option for the +1 person is on the cozy sofa bed in the living room.
The kitchen and living area offer direct access to the outdoor courtyard and pool area. There is a comfortable lounge area on the covered terrace, ideal for relaxing on warm summer evenings. There is also a dining area where you can enjoy your meals, which are prepared on the villa's barbecue, for example.

Villa Barcolana has 2 private parking spaces, a WiFi connection and is your ideal vacation spot. Come and discover it first hand! Villa Barcolana is located in the village of Baderna, 12 km east of the town of Porec (west coast of Istria). The village has a hill fort character and the entire area has been inhabited since Roman times. Baderna functions quite autonomously as it has all the facilities similar to a small town. A store, post office, kindergarten, school, gas station, restaurant and pizzeria are all within walking distance. The beaches are only a short drive away from the villa in the Porec area. Tourism in Porec is more than sea, sun and tourist image. Tourists can easily recognize the city that preserves its historical values. Here you will find museums, galleries and many valuable city palaces. The entire old town is a living cultural monument. A good way to get to know Istria is through its exceptional gastronomy.
