The charming villa is located in the small village of Vrh Lasici, just a short drive from the beautiful small medieval town of Vizinada. The two-storey villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests in total. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the second floor. From the bedrooms you have direct access to the balcony, where you can make yourself comfortable with a cup of coffee and enjoy the summer breeze. The first floor is divided into a cozy living room with fireplace, a chic and fully equipped kitchen with dining area and another bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The villa is bright and airy thanks to the large windows and glass doors. From the spacious first floor you have direct access to the terrace. In front of the villa is a large private pool where you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. There is also a charcoal barbecue in the outdoor area. Villa Gerda is located in the village of Vrh La?i?i. This is a small village just a short drive away from the beautiful little medieval town of Vizinada. The village center can also be reached on foot or by bike via the Parenzana, probably the most beautiful cycling route in Istria. When visiting this small town, you can enjoy the beautiful
beautiful view from the hill over the Mirna valley and the blue and green colors of Istria. As you walk along the streets of this small town, you will be enchanted by the smell of cakes during the Slatka Istra (Sweet Istria) event. At the top of the hill is the Sanctuary of the Field of God and the 15th-century Gothic Church of St. Mary with a stone head on the façade, which, according to legend, represents Atilla, the leader of the Huns. In the 19th century, the famous ballerina Carlotta Grisa danced in the streets of this beautiful town. Vi?inada is rich in Istrian dialects.
