The beautiful Villa Leccino is located in the small village of Marici, near the town of Labin. The villa has 4 bedrooms, each decorated in its own style, from charming romantic to urban or elegant, and can accommodate up to 8 guests in total. The first floor consists of a large living area with TV, a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Upstairs are the bedrooms, two of which have their own bathroom with shower, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub. Everything is decorated in a very warm style that will make you feel at home. If you want to spend your vacation in the sun, you will find a large and very attractive pool in front of the villa. The outdoor area also has a summer kitchen with a charcoal barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. For the little ones, there is a large children's playground with a sandpit, a swing and a tree house. All necessary amenities such as stores and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity of the villa. If you want to spend your vacation by the sea, you will find beautiful pebble beaches only 13 km from the villa. We recommend that you explore the coast and find a hidden beach just for yourself. Visit central Istria, which will enchant you with its untouched nature, small medieval towns on the hills and excellent gastronomy. Try many traditional and local dishes such as fuzi with truffles, wild asparagus, Istrian beef - boskarin and enjoy a glass of the best Istrian Malvasia. Don't forget to visit the coastal towns, such as Pula, famous for its exceptionally well-preserved Roman amphitheater, Rovinj, with its narrow and colorful streets and top restaurants, and Porec, one of the most beautiful coastal towns, known for the Euphrasian Basilica, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
