This stunning luxury stone villa has been built to the highest standards. It has a carefully maintained garden with plenty of natural shade and sun around a large pool overlooking the village and surrounded only by green nature. Just a few steps from the pool you will find a covered terrace for outdoor dining with barbecue and a children's playground. The villa has 4 charmingly furnished bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8+2 people in total. All living rooms and bedrooms have separate direct access to the garden and pool area. On the first floor you will find a large open space with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a cozy living room. The spacious living room has a large fireplace and an LCD satellite TV. One of the bedrooms is also located on the first floor, while the others are upstairs. All bedrooms are very spacious and have their own bathroom and separate air conditioning. There is also a table tennis table, fenced parking for up to 4 cars and WiFi broadband internet. The region is renowned for its food and there are many excellent restaurants nearby and the villa is in a quiet and private location just outside and a short walk from the village of Kringa. Kringa is located in central Istria, five kilometers south of Tinjan on the site of an Iron Age building that was later a Roman fortress, the second largest settlement in the municipality of Tinjan. The region is known for its cuisine and there are many good restaurants nearby. The interior of Istria, with mountain villages and beautiful scenery, is ideal for driving, cycling and hiking. The Adriatic coast and the tourist town of Porec, all the beaches of Istria, the historical sights and other places of interest are only a short drive away. A grocery store, bar and an excellent tavern are within walking distance. You can also buy groceries directly from local producers.
