This charming vacation home sleeps up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 2 with 2 single beds each) and an additional sofa bed on the top floor. All rooms are air-conditioned and newly furnished. The living area is spacious and cozy. It offers modern comfort and relaxation. In front of the house is the beautiful covered terrace with a large dining table for al fresco dining. On the other side of the street, just a few steps away, there is a separate, walled and gated courtyard with a swimming pool. Here you will also find a fully equipped summer kitchen with a large dining table and a barbecue. This property is located in the central part of the Istrian peninsula near the small town of Kanfanar, more precisely in the hamlet of Bubani. The old architecture of Kanfanar and the surrounding villages is well preserved and olive trees dominate this area with its warm Mediterranean climate. Kanfanar and the surrounding countryside are well known, not only for its historical and cultural heritage, but also for its excellent authentic Istrian cuisine. Istria is a unique, enchanting place that has welcomed visitors and settlers from all parts of the world for as long as there have been historical records. The city of Pula with its Roman amphitheater and the Brijuni National Park with an 18-hole golf course are only a 20-minute drive away. Fantastic restaurants and tavernas can be found just a few minutes' drive away all around the area. A great place to enjoy food and history - and of course to relax.
