Villa Graziella is a traditional Istrian gem in the village of Baderna near Porec.
The house was built in 1905 and completely renovated in 2008 without losing its character. You will be impressed by the exterior with the carefully tended garden and great pool. A perfect setting for a cool drink, lying on the sun lounger while watching the children play. The covered dining area with barbecue will immediately have you dreaming of freshly prepared delicious meals.
But let's go inside? The first floor has a cozy living room with fireplace and a kitchen with dining table for up to 8 people. Everything is decorated in a warm and rustic style, giving you a homely feel. On the same level you will find a bedroom with its own bathroom.
A wooden staircase leads to the 3 cozy bedrooms with their own modern bathrooms on the second floor. One of the bedrooms has access to the lovely balcony where you can have a quiet morning coffee or just relax and read your favorite book.
The house is perfect for families to enjoy a great vacation in a quiet location, but not too far away from sights, beaches and attractions.
Baderna is a charming, picturesque village in Istria near the famous town of Porec, which has won the tourist award as the Pearl of the Adriatic.

Baderna is located 10 kilometers from the sea, secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet in a privileged location near the turn-off of the main tourist route in Istria. Everything you need is available: Post office, grocery store, gas station and a few restaurants.

Tourist gems of Istria: Opatija, Rovinj, Pula, Trieste, Koper, Piran, Portoroz, Umag and Novigrad are less than an hour away. All you have to do is decide whether you want to meditate among olive groves and vineyards, taste Istrian delicacies or have a good time in the surrounding area.
