Villa Vito Rovinj is a charming Istrian country house that has been furnished with great attention to detail. High-quality materials and refined decoration create a peaceful atmosphere that invites you to escape the stresses of everyday life. On the first floor of the villa there is a spacious living and dining area with a bright kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. There are three further bedrooms on the second floor, two of which have a double bed each. One room is furnished with two single beds. A spacious bathroom completes the second floor. A special highlight can be found in the basement of the villa. The spacious entertainment area with a massive table and additional kitchen invites you to linger. Enjoy sociable evenings with family or friends by the fireplace or at the pool table. There is also a fitness area in the basement for sports enthusiasts. Guests who enjoy outdoor sports will certainly like the location of Villa Vito Rovinj. Discover the peaceful and green surroundings on foot and then relax in the private pool or on one of the numerous sun loungers.This property is located in the central part of the Istrian peninsula, near the beautiful town of Rovinj. The old architecture of the town of Rovinj and the surrounding villages is well preserved, and olives dominate this area with a warm, Mediterranean climate. Rovinj and the surrounding area are known not only for their historical and cultural heritage, but also for excellent Istrian cuisine. Istria is a unique and enchanting place that has welcomed visitors and settlers from all parts of the world. The city of Pula with its Roman amphitheater and Brijuni National Park with an 18-hole golf course are only a 30-minute drive away. Excellent restaurants and taverns can be found in all directions, just a short drive from the villa. It is a great place to enjoy the food and history, and most importantly, to relax.
