Beautiful Villa Perhat is only a short drive away from the tourist center of Istria, Porec, and the charming hilltop town of Visnjan. The villa has a total of 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 16 people, making it ideal for larger groups. The villa consists of 2 apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the second floor. On the ground floor you will find the living room, the dining area and the small but fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there are also 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. As there is a glass wall here, the ground floor is flooded with light. You also have direct access to the terrace and pool. The apartment on the second floor has its own fully equipped living/dining area. There are 3 further bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. The largest bedroom has a private balcony with views of the surrounding area and pool. For those who enjoy spending time outdoors, there is an inviting pool, basketball court and barbecue.Villa Perhat is located near Visnjan, a small Istrian town at the top of a hill. The town is surrounded by rolling hills, forests and other historic towns. Visnjan was a trading center where you could buy and sell all kinds of agricultural products. Since the town is situated on a hill, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Gothic church, the town gate with the
the symbol of Venice and the town square. The town of Visnjan offers everything you could need on vacation: Restaurants and bars, a bank, a post office and a pharmacy. Just a short drive from the villa is the Istralandia water park, which guarantees high doses of adrenaline. This location is ideal for those who enjoy walking, jogging or cycling.
