As soon as you enter the property, you are greeted by the carefully tended garden with its large pool, which will magically attract you with its turquoise blue water. Here you will find the refreshment you need on hot summer days and are sure to have a great time with your loved ones. Sun loungers and a sun bed with baldahin invite you to relax and sunbathe. The spacious, covered terrace is the perfect place to barbecue with family and friends, prepare delicious meals and then enjoy them together at the large outdoor dining table. End your balmy summer evenings here in the cozy lounge with a glass of your favourite drink overlooking the pool and surroundings.

On the first floor of the fully air-conditioned villa there is a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a huge dining table for 10 people, a separate toilet and one of the comfortable bedrooms with its own bathroom. On the upper level there are 4 more comfortable bedrooms with their own modern bathrooms. From the shared balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea! The dreamlike Villa Dolce Bacio is located in the small village of Kavran, on a small hill just 18 km north of Medulin. Far away from the tourist hustle and bustle, you can enjoy absolute peace and quiet here. The sea of the east coast is only 2km away from the villa and offers a beautiful selection of beaches where you can enjoy the crystal clear Adriatic Sea. Dreamy bays with rocky coastlines can be found here as well as child-friendly beaches. The tourist towns of Medulin and Pula are easily accessible by car and offer a wide range of activities - from sports to culture, gastronomy to adventure... There is something for everyone! We especially recommend the famous Arena in Pula or the beautiful beaches that stretch all the way to Medulin. Plan a horseback riding excursion, a boat trip to the Brijuni Islands or enjoy local specialties such as olive oil and truffles with a view of the port of Pula and the Adriatic Sea.
