Il Sole is a beautiful villa hosting up to 8 people with a warm and cosy style. The high-quality materials, the big equipped porch and its location in this charming rural area of Macerata's inland make it a perfect choice for your family holidays.

This recently-renovated property meets high standards and it has air conditioning system and all comforts required. The pool is shared with the guests of the nearby villa Selene.

The villa can boast a parking area and a big porch equipped with table, chairs and a portable BBQ, the perfect place for eating outside together with your friends and lounging during warm afternoons.

From here you can enter the light dining area with the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen and the living room with comfortable armchairs and smart TV. On the same floor, you will also find a toilet and a laundry area.

Up on the first floor, you will then find two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with showers, a twin bedroom, a third double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. All rooms in the villa have an air conditioning system and mosquito nets.

Outside, there is the garden area and the pool equipped with sunbeds, the perfect spot to take a dip during hot summer days.

The villa is surrounded by the gentle hills typical of this inland area of Le Marche but at a short distance from the village of Sant'Angelo in Pontano.

The area can boast several places of interest for all holiday types. Starting from cultural visits in the nearby towns of Tolentino, San Ginesio and Fermo, you can then take a plunge in history in the famous Fiastra Abbey and Urbisaglia with its Roman site. Nature lovers will find numerous trekking trails in the Monti Sibillini National Park, where you can also reach the famous Fiastra Lake.
