This beautiful and stylishly furnished villa is the perfect choice for a family vacation. This villa, located in a quiet Istrian village, is an ideal accommodation for 4 people in 90 square meters. The large sofa bed in the living room can accommodate an additional 2 people. The living area of the villa has direct access to the private pool in the villa's garden and is flooded with light thanks to the large glass surface. The living room is connected to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. However, the kitchen is not the only place where you can prepare your meals; on the spacious covered terrace in front of the villa you will find a gas barbecue, as well as a sink and dishes. If you are spending your vacation with children, apart from the private pool, they can also have fun with badminton or on the slide and swing. There are a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the villa. One bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both rooms, as well as the whole villa, are simply but stylishly furnished and offer you a completely relaxing vacation. Both villas, Sorella 1 and Sorella 2, are located in a quiet Istrian village, which is a perfect blend of peace and relaxation far away from the city hustle and bustle. However, the well-known vacation destinations on the coast, such as Pula and Rovinj, are within easy reach. Central Istria is a beautiful region with many small medieval towns with good restaurants, cafés, wineries and stores. Svetvin?enat and Vodnjan are two such towns and are within 10 km of the villa. While spending your vacation in the tranquility of this central Istrian town, you can take the opportunity to visit Fa?ana and the beautiful surrounding beaches or take the opportunity to go by boat to one of the national parks in Croatia - Brijuni.
